Yes ! via Stripe, multi-currency checkout may be offered (e.g. GBP, USD, THB, EGP) at payment.
In that case, the amount shown in your chosen currency is the amount charged, with the FX rate applied by Stripe at the time of payment. We do not add hidden fees.
If the multi-currency option isn’t displayed, payment is taken in EUR and your bank handles the conversion under its own terms.

Yes. Our cancellation policy is:
Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
Cancel at least 15 days before the activity for an 80% refund
Cancel less than 15 days before the activity no refund
The activities are organized by local agencies or affiliated companies within the VERY GOOD TRIP group. We act as a trusted intermediary.

Everything listed under “Included” on the activity page. Typically: guiding/hosting, required equipment, transfers if stated, and sometimes meals/drinks. Not included (unless specified): personal expenses, tips, insurance, alcohol, local taxes/entry fees (e.g. parks). Always refer to the page.
Yes, most experiences can be private or customised. Tell us your dates, level, interests, and we’ll send a bespoke proposal (small groups, crowd-avoiding timings, premium options).
Yes, requirements vary by activity and safety standards. Some outings have a minimum age or require child life jackets/seats. Child rates may be available. Check the page and contact us to tailor the experience.
We do our best to adapt the experience to your needs. Please inform us before booking (reduced mobility, pregnancy, allergies, vegetarian/vegan/halal, religious needs). Some boats/sites are not accessible, we’ll suggest suitable alternatives.
Yes. Outdoor activities like canyoning or kayaking may be cancelled or postponed due to bad weather. Health restrictions (like pandemics) or local tensions might also suspend services for safety. We’ll inform you promptly and offer alternatives or refunds if needed.
