Currency & fees
Prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise at checkout. If your bank uses another currency, exchange rate and any fees are set by your card issuer. No hidden fees on our side.

Tax status / Taxes & VAT
Very Good Trip LP is a location-independent (digital-nomad) company registered in Scotland and not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged and prices are displayed tax-free.
Local taxes/fees (e.g., entry tickets, national parks, port fees) may apply and be payable on site; where applicable, they are listed on the product page.
Should our tax status or regulations change, any applicable tax will be displayed before checkout.

Payment
No deposit: full payment is required at booking for all activities (day trips and short stays).
If payment fails, the booking is not confirmed.

Invoicing
Invoices are issued without VAT (company not VAT-registered). Business customers: provide company details and VAT number if applicable.

Failed payments & support
If a payment fails, try again or contact us: contact@verygoodtrip.net. We can send an alternative Stripe payment link.

On-site payment
By default, no on-site payment. Any exceptions are specified on the product page.

Anti-fraud checks
We may request ID verification and/or decline a transaction if flagged by our system (Stripe Radar).
